How you sign up

Businesses sign up on the sign-up form at logoffdistribution.com by entering their business name, their name, email and mobile number, choosing text updates, and checking an unchecked box that agrees to these texts. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying from us; you can choose email only.

What the texts are for

Texts go only to business buyers who signed up. They list which of our beers are available in kegs and cases that week, how to order, and the order cutoff. You can reply with an order or a question, and we'll reply. We don't send consumer advertising by text.

Privacy

• We collect only what you give us on the sign-up form: business name, your name, email, mobile number, your text and email choice, the day you want updates, and the time and wording of your consent.
• We use this only to send the updates you asked for, to answer your messages, and to handle your orders.
• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• We share information only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run our systems (our texting provider, email provider and database host), only to provide this program, and they may not use it for anything else.
• You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing david@logoffbrewing.com.

The fine print

• Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or tell us so we stop texting it.
• We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
