This Privacy Policy explains how LogOff Brewing, LLC ("LogOff Brewing," "we," "us") collects and uses information from the businesses and buyers who use logoffdistribution.com and sign up for LogOff Brewing Distribution Updates by email or text message.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

What we collect

What you give us when you sign up or update your settings: business name, your name, email address, mobile number, whether you want email, text or both, and the day you want updates.
Your consent to texts: the time you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and the mobile number it covers. We also record if and when you opt out.
Messages: the emails and texts we send you, whether they were delivered, and any texts or emails you send us.
Your account with us: orders you place and notes we keep to serve your business (for example, delivery notes).
Website: this site does not use advertising trackers or cookies. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

To send the weekly beer availability you asked for, by the method and on the day you chose.
To answer your messages and handle your orders and deliveries.
To keep a record of your consent and opt-outs, and honor them.

We don't send consumer advertising, and we don't use your information for anything unrelated to your account with us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this program for us, only for that purpose, and they may not use it for anything else: Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), Supabase (our database) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your information.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop them. Reply START to rejoin.
Emails: every email has a link to your settings page, where you can change your day or how you get updates, or stop everything.
Your information: email david@logoffbrewing.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We keep a record that you opted out so we don't contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your business buys from us or gets our updates. Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to show you agreed or stopped.

Who this is for

This program is only for adults 21 or older who buy for a licensed bar, restaurant or retailer.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
