These terms cover logoffdistribution.com and LogOff Brewing Distribution Updates, the weekly email and text updates LogOff Brewing, LLC ("LogOff Brewing," "we," "us") sends to its wholesale buyers.

Who this site is for

This site is for licensed businesses (bars, restaurants and retailers) that buy LogOff Brewing beer in kegs and cases. You must be 21 or older to sign up.

Availability, prices and orders

The list shows what we have for the week shown. Beers sell out and amounts change during the week.
Prices are wholesale prices for licensed accounts. Your invoice confirms the final price, delivery and payment.
An order you send by phone, text or email is a request until we confirm it. Nothing is charged on this site.

Email updates

If you sign up for email, we send this week's list once a week on the day you pick, plus a welcome email and replies about your orders. Every email links to your settings page, where you can change your day or stop at any time.

SMS Terms

Program: LogOff Brewing Distribution Updates

What you get: LogOff Brewing's weekly beer availability for licensed businesses that buy from us, and replies about orders and questions you text us.

How often: up to 2 messages per week, plus replies to texts you send us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for these texts.

To stop: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.

How you sign up: on our sign-up form at logoffdistribution.com, choose text updates, enter your mobile number and check the unchecked box agreeing to these texts. Existing accounts can also join from their settings page, or by texting YES to (916) 619-0029.
Not a condition of buying: agreeing to texts is never required to buy from us. You can choose email only.
Who can sign up: buyers 21 or older who buy for a licensed business.
Carriers: supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changing your number: if you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or tell us, so we stop texting it.
Privacy: how we handle your information, including your mobile number and consent, is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may change these terms or the program. The date at the top shows the latest version.
